- Standard Service Premium (SSP) for data normalization, basic statistical
analysis, and generation of publication-quality figures
- Full Service for SSP plus custom analysis options such as
Pathway Analysis or Biomarker Discovery
Deliverables
Results of informatics service offerings are provided on a DVD/CD containing raw
data, a quality control report, figures, and analysis files where applicable.
For expedited delivery, results can be uploaded to you via secure FTP.
Standard Service Premium (SSP)
“Standard Service” refers to basic data summarization (raw data files, quality control
report) that is included in the pricing of Asuragen’s
Gene Expression Profiling Services.
As an independent Informatics Service offering, Standard Service Premium (SSP) is
available for statistical analysis and graphical representation of your entire experiment.
Submit raw data files from your own microarray experiment, or use our Gene Expression
Profiling Services.
Standard Service Premium includes:
ANOVA analysis following signal summarization and normalization Publication-quality
figures and images, including:
Full Service
Once normalization and the net of statistical filtering has been applied to your
data, our bioinformatics staff can help you extract biological meaning through custom
informatics approaches, such as Pathway Analysis
or Biomarker Discovery.
