- Workflow for Agilent array services:
Deliverables
As part of our Agilent Human miRNA Array service, you will receive:
- All raw data files derived from the Agilent Feature Extraction
Software
- Analysis Report Tables (in HTML format and MS Excel format, unless
table dimensions exceed MS Excel capabilities, in which case CSV files will be provided).
These tables include:
- Experimental design
- Raw Signal and Detection Calls
- Statistics (not included if experimental design does not permit
statistical analysis, or in data-only projects)
- Pearson Correlation coefficients
- VSN Normalized Array Data
- Comprehensive Annotation
For statistical analysis and graphical representation of your entire experiment,
Asuragen’s miRInform™
Data Delivery System is an optional Service that will contain your data
in an easy-to-understand package with these benefits:
- Optimized for miRNA analysis
- Fast, cost-effective analysis for a wide range of experimental
designs
- Accessible DVD format
- High quality figures linked directly to the Sanger mirBase
- Easy to sort tables
To ensure security, all information is provided in an electronic form on a DVD.
Encryption is available on request. Data may also be delivered by FTP or e-mail.
Quality Control
Agilent does not support the use of in-process controls at the present time. Consequently
only incoming sample QC is available.

Most projects are completed in one to two weeks. If you have a critical time requirement,
we can often meet your need for no additional charge.
